关于诚邀加入广州开发区外商投资
企业协会的函
各外资企业：
黄埔区、广州开发区是粤港澳大湾区的“湾顶明珠”，是广州国际科技创新枢纽核心区、经济发展重要动力区、实体经济支撑区，工业总产值占广州市40%以上，高新技术企业产值占全市78%。目前，全区汇聚中外企业6万多家，其中外资企业3500家，世界500强投资项目190多个，实际利用外资连续20多年居广州市第一，连续五年居全国开发区前三。
广州开发区外商投资企业协会（以下简称“区外协”）成立于1994年8月，是经广州开发区管理委员会批复成立的非营利性社会团体，由在广州开发区合法登记的中外合资经营企业、中外合作经营企业和外资企业自愿组成。区外协在广州开发区管委会的指导和监管下开展工作，多年来一直是“沟通政府的桥梁”、“传递信息的窗口”、“联系企业的纽带”，全心全意为会员企业服务，促进会员企业健康发展，推动全区经济繁荣。目前区外协由广州开发区投资促进局作为业务主管单位，并由该局下属事业单位区投资促进中心具体操作。
今年一季度，在全球爆发新冠肺炎疫情、发展面临的挑战前所未有的情况下，广州开发区积极帮助广大企业应对疫情，目前全区规模以上企业全部复工复产。当前的疫情也让我们认识到，企业抱团发展，互利互惠，同心协力，没有任何困难是跨不过去的。面对当前不寻常的态势，区外协始终不忘全心全意为企业服务的初心，牢记助力企业持续做强做优做大的使命，帮助企业更好、更快融入我区。我们将努力为会员企业竭诚提供以下服务：
一、分享资讯
发挥企业与政府之间的桥梁作用，定期召开会员大会，帮助企业及时了解商机，以便减轻企业运营成本，促进上下游企业达成合作。
二、商务考察
围绕项目投资选址和招商引资，带领企业开展商务考察，为有意向入驻的企业提供投资建议。
三、承办活动
承办区内的招商推介会、对接会、交流会、企业家沙龙、企业参观等活动，为企业搭建一条专业、高效、多元化的沟通渠道。
四、企业培训
整合优质培训资源，针对会员开展企业投资、企业维权、企业大讲堂等培训，系统地研究解决企业在运营过程中遇到的发展壁垒和瓶颈，提升会员企业的投资效率和收益。
五、政策解读
举办各类政策宣讲活动，向会员解读政府新出台的投资相关政策，为来区外商投资者提供有针对性的政策咨询和投资方案制定服务。
六、品牌建设
对企业新签约项目推行网络及媒体宣扬服务，展开评选、表彰、宣扬优秀企业活动，出版、发行会刊助力加强企业品牌建设，提高企业品牌形象影响力。
七、申请材料及相关要求
（一）各外资企业申请加入协会的准入条件为：一是在我区合法登记；二是符合以下三种企业类型其中之一，包括中外合资经营企业、中外合作经营企业和外资企业。符合准入条件的各外资企业提交入会申请表等资料，缴纳会员费用，经过监管部门审查批准，即可加入协会，成功入会后均可获得上述的服务支持。
（二）入会申请表（请副会长单位填写附件1，请理事和会员单位填写附件2），填写完毕后加盖贵单位公章并请代表签字；
（三）贵单位营业执照或登记证的副本复印件，加盖贵单位公章；
（四）请有意入会的企业提交纸质资料至协会联系地址；会员企业将公司LOGO发至邮箱；
区外协近期将开展招募首批会员的报名工作，截止日期为2020年6月30日。我们将在首批会员报名后召开会员大会，按照社会团体换届选举工作流程，选举产生新的执行机构、法定代表人承接相关工作，并确立协会章程。后续欢迎企业继续报名。会员费用将在协会成立后统一收取。
